“Shipping Lane” Acrylic on Canvas

I wanted a yellow and blue painting so started with a base of multiple yellows using scrapers and brushers. Used ultramarine blue with scrapers and kind of liked how some of them were looking like boats and ships considering we’ve been living on the coast of Maine for the past few months.

Beginner abstract – I love being able to create something from nothing. I never appreciated abstract art until I started painting it – about 5 weeks ago 🙂
